New high-performance photovoltaic polycrystalline Kyocera modules KD180GH-2P 205W 24v.
As you can see the names, we were able to increase the output power. Thus, the new module has KD205 eg a power of 5 watts or 2.5% higher than the predecessor KC200. The newest module, the KD210GH-2P, achieves even 210 watts.
The most obvious change, however, is the format. The new KD cells have a square format of 156 cm x 156 cm, which implies a slight change of the module.
Best Tolerance
Also in regard to tolerance highlights our new KD module series, as we reduce the deviation of the rated power at + / -5%. In the previous series, this tolerance was still +10 / -5%. That means you now for even higher reliability.

Kyocera KD Modules meet the new IEC 61215 ed. 2 and IEC 61730.
Due to intensive research, the constant development of production processes, as well as a highly automated manufacturing, the polycrystalline Kyocera solar modules offer an extraordinary level of quality and
as a high yield. The Kyocera solar cells built with standard measures 15.6 cm x 15.6 cm, reaching a yield of 16% and guarantee a high energy production of photovoltaic installations.
To protect against the most adverse weather conditions, the cells are embedded between a toughened glass protection (resistance to hail tested to IEC 61215 ed. 2 TÜV) and EVA sheets. The back is sealed with PET films. The laminate is set in a stable aluminum frame is easy to assemble.
The back of the box junction diodes have shunt that avoids the risk of overheating of individual solar cells (the hotspot). Several PV modules connected in series can be easily wired using preassembled solar cables and plugs multicontacto.
Kyocera manufactures all the components in specific facilities (without buying products) to ensure the high quality of its products.
